About Joe Philpott
Joe is an experienced CPA and, more importantly, a parent. With two children in public schools, Joe understands the important roles that PTOs play in supporting our students. Joe is currently Treasurer of the Glen Arden Elementary PTO and has previously served in treasurer roles for two other schools.
Joe has Bachelors and Masters degrees

Joe has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting and is a North Carolina Certified Public Accountant (License 33463) and a Certified Global Management Accountant.
